Street surgeries are a good way to meet residents and help them with their issues.

A local couple wanted to widen their driveway but this post was in the way. They had spend about two months being bounced between the Borough and County Councils until I held a street surgery on their road which allowed them to raise the matter with me and I was able to deal with this for them and have the post moved along about a yard which gave them the space they needed.
