Kettering Borough Council’s planning Committee meet on Tuesday 14th March 2017 to decide on an application from Kettering General Hospital to build a second storey to their car park decided to relieve some of the pressure on parking for hospital visitors.

The hospital have previously been reported as saying they hope the extra 224 spaces will enable them to reduce the price of parking which has long been a contentious issue with visitors, although there is no details of if this will happen in the report being put before councillors.

Tuesday’s meeting is at 6.30pm at KBC and is a public meeting.
