Every year the Care Quality Commission, the Department of Health and Adult Social Care Services work together to carry out a satisfaction survey with customers that receive care and support services. This allows them to assess people’s real-life experiences of local care services that are being provided.
A random selection of adults who are receiving these services will be sent a survey and asked for their feedback. As the survey is carried out nationally, the feedback provided by those that receive the survey in Northamptonshire results will be added to a UK-wide report.
