The Kettering Labour team have been out picking litter to improve our local areas. Due to the Covid restrictions, we had to resort to individual or distanced pairs through most of the last year, but we still managed to pick in nearly every area of the town.

Bev Wright set herself the challenge of 5 parks in one week - Grafton Park, Spring Rise, Highfield Rd, Mill Rd and Meadow Rd/Westfield Park.

With the lifting of restrictions in May we have resumed our monthly Community Litter Picks, the first of which was in the Highfield area. The next community litter pick is from Mill Rd Park on 13th June.

First time pickers are welcome - we have equipment that we can lend you!
