Keli Watts
Keli is a Labour Borough Councillor for the William Knibb ward, and has been representing local residents since 2007. She has lived in Kettering for over 20 years with her husband Ian and their two daughters. Keli also served as Mayor of the Borough between May 2013 - May 2014, a duty she very much enjoyed.
